Please read ALL policies before booking Rescheduling Policy: Any appointment that needs to be rescheduled must be done within a 48 hour notice. Booking fees ($20 non-refundable deposit) are only transferable is a 48 hour notice is given. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before or no-shows will be charged 50% or the service. Late policy: 10+ min late= $15 fee 20 min late= cancelled appointment Other: Pink Essence does not offer refunds. If you aren’t satisfied with your lashes please let us know before you leave so we can fix to the best of our abilities.
